Classes - Plates Class
Power Plate is a state-of-the-art device that helps users stretch, strengthen, massage and relax their bodies. The Power Plate machines vibrate while you exercise, transmitting waves of energy throughout the body and activating muscle contractions between 25 and 50 times per second. Beyond increasing strength and flexibility, exercising on the Power Plate equipment can improve blood circulation, decrease cellulite, increase bone density, and reduce pain and soreness for a faster post-workout recovery.
Duet Sessions
Include programs to Strengthen and Stretch your muscles and compliment Golf and Tennis games. Studio Edge also features Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Cardio on the plate, as well as a program that specifically addresses Cellulite. Please check the schedule for days and times. Class size is limited, please call the studio to reserve your space.
Experience this new and exciting training method in private or duet sessions. Our trainers will work one-on-one with you to help you get the most out of your workouts. Power Plate Yoga
Join Cecelia for this unique class that incorporates yoga poses on the Power Plate. This class will create balance in the body through strength and flexibility work. With each vibration of the Power Plate, the body is forced to perform reflexive muscle actions that improve range of motion, increase bone density and reduce soreness.
