Crunched for time? Not any more. Lunch does not have to be sacrificed for tighter abs... come spend 40 miuntes on the ball at Studio Edge and not only will you leave with a tighter core, but you will also leave with lunch.
"Lunch on the Ball" increases Pilates’ intensity and effectiveness by integrating a stability ball into every movement. The ball provides support, allows a longer range of motion and forces the engagement of your core muscles (in order to keep the ball under control). It's classic Pilates moves but — deeper and more powerful (e.g. a side leg lift lying on the ball is much more challenging and intense than one on mat) with an Edge. This class includes lots of soothing, stress relieving, between-move stretches ... and food! What more can you ask for?
